Moving & Playing

Jeff helped a good friend of ours, Brad, move some large furniture and other things into his new house.  Meanwhile, Charlotte & Dylan got to catch up on their play time together.  Dylan had been asking about going to play with Charlotte.  No lie... he told me, "Mommy.  I really need to go to Brad's house to play cars with Charlotte."  Needless to say, they did play with some cars!  These two get along exceptionally well and are so close in age.  It is very nice that they play so nicely and always have a blast when playing together.  It can be a bit tough on the ears when they get a bit wound up though because 2-3 year olds have giggles and squeals that reach a very high pitch, lol.  But seriously, they love playing with each other and Dylan can't wait to go back to visit her again soon!

Autumn's 6th Birthday

Dylan's buddy, Autumn, just turned 6 years old the other week.  We headed over to her house one Sunday for a very cool pirate theme party.  Dylan loves Autumn and was super excited to go play with her again, not to mention, there was cake, lol.  This is just a picture of a couple of the kiddos playing with a piano at the party.  Happy Birthday Autumn!!!

Another ultrasound...

So we are 29 weeks along our journey now with a mere 11 weeks to go.  Everything with little boy is going great.  My Dr. wanted to do another ultrasound a little later in the pregnancy just to make sure that the little one has plenty of room left to grow.  There are no problems but apparently when you start out your pregnancy as a tiny person a.k.a. a low BMI, they like to check in on things just as a precaution.  So this week, I got to see our little growing peanut again.  It was absolutely amazing!!!  These pictures do no justice to what I got to see on the screen.  Everything was so clear and his little face is just too adorable.  I figured I would share some updated pictures of the little guy.  And like I said, everything is going very well  and he has plenty of room to grow.  They also figured out that the little one weighs about 3 lbs already.  Crazy huh?!?  The picture above is your classic side profile shot of the munchkin.

This picture is the little boy's face from the front.  He has his hand up to his mouth in this picture so it's a little hard to see all his facial features.  I still think it's amazing how clear even these pictures are.  Of course, Dylan and I got to see them on the screen where every little detail could be seen.  I know I already said it but it was amazing!  I shed a few tears looking at my little boy on the screen.  We are so excited to meet him!!!
